It was investigated that graphene contains carbon atoms located in a hexagonal structure, with which we assure a revolution and development in the construction of buildings and structures. With the objective of demonstrating its high mechanical resistance, as well as determining its durability and reinforcement in composite materials. For the research we considered points such as its high thermal and electrical conductivity that makes the material attractive, increasing energy efficiency and reducing construction costs. A qualitative methodology that collects non-numerical data was established for the research. This scientific paper emphasized the exceptional mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of graphene, material consisting of carbon atoms. The advantages of including graphene in construction materials, such as increased strength, conductivity and durability, were recorded. The implementation of graphene remains costly due to complex processes and high purity despite being a recyclable and sustainable material found in abundance in nature.
2025-04-14T00:00:00-04:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ember Geovanny Zumba Novay, Daniela Estefanía Cuenca Pérez, Pablo Geovanny Andrade Santillán, Holger Patricio Castillo Mazónhttps://revistaespirales.consultorioampuero.com/index.php/es/article/view/883Pedagogical Trips as a Device for the Teacher Training Path2025-04-14T11:29:01-04:00Karina Beatriz Puentekpuente@ucasal.com.arMaría Verónica Aguirremvaguirre@ucasal.edu.ar
This paper analyzes the Pedagogical Journeys approach as a pedagogical-didactic engineering approach from a comprehensive perspective focused on the student's formative experience. To redefine the value of experience and its implementation in teacher training to enrich personal, cultural, and social growth, strengthening different competencies. This qualitative research presents the meanings attributed to the experience from a pedagogical-didactic engineering perspective that allows for the combination of sociocultural and geographical aspects with educational aspects in training. To maintain a political commitment to a curriculum management policy that involves student-centered pedagogical decisions and formative assessment throughout the entire training process. The experience requires a scaffolding process of the necessary tools to navigate the uniqueness that characterizes educational contexts.
2025-04-14T00:00:00-04:00Copyright (c) 2025 Karina Beatriz Puente, María Verónica Aguirrehttps://revistaespirales.consultorioampuero.com/index.php/es/article/view/884Spirituality and Burnout Syndrome in employees of small companies in Mexico2025-04-14T16:22:18-04:00Leticia Carreño Saucedolcarrenos@uaemex.mxDenia Benítez Salinasdbenitezs@uaemex.mx
The objective of this research was to measure the correlation between spirituality and Burnout Syndrome in employees working in small companies; it was a non-experimental, cross-sectional, quantitative, descriptive and correlational study. The working hypothesis was stated: the higher the level of spirituality, the lower the evidence of Burnout Syndrome. A total of 163 employees participated. The Personal Spirituality Scale (PSS) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) were used. In the EEP scale, at high level the intrapersonal dimension presents 49.7%, in interpersonal connection 68.1% and in transpersonal connection 54.6%. Within the results of the MBI questionnaire in emotional fatigue 58.3% was obtained, in depersonalization 46.6% and in transpersonal 52.4% at low level. In the Pearson correlation test a low negative correlation was found between general spirituality and emotional exhaustion with a very weak negative correlation.
2025-04-14T00:00:00-04:00Copyright (c) 2025 Leticia Carreño Saucedo, Denia Benítez Salinas
